1. Service
Vouchana provides identity and counterparty verification services between parties to a transaction ("Requester" and "Respondent"). Verification is performed by our third-party provider, Sumsub.
2. Fees
Each screening costs a flat $299, payable by either party. Fees are [refundable / non-refundable - TO BE DECIDED].
3. No guarantee
A verification result is not a guarantee of the other party's conduct, solvency or intentions. You remain responsible for your own due diligence and transaction decisions.
4. Acceptable use
You may only screen a person or business that is a party to a genuine transaction with you, and the Respondent must take part knowingly.
